Day 01: Arrive Delhi

Welcome to the capital of India, New Delhi. On your arrival at the New Delhi airport, representatives from Erco Travels will help you transfer to the hotel for check-in. New Delhi is an alpha city and together with the contrasting Old Delhi, it becomes a very interesting place to see.

Day 02: Delhi

The day is reserved for a sightseeing tour of the Old and New Delhi after your breakfast. Delhi is a blend of many cultures as it was the centre of power for many kingdoms like Mughals and British. There are so many places to visit in Delhi like Rajghat, Red Fort, Jama Masjid, Qutub Minar, India Gate and many more. It also has many shopping centrals like Chandani Chowk, Connaught Place, etc. Get back to the hotel for the night.

Day 03: Delhi - Samode (264 Kms 5.5 hours drive by road)

After enjoying your breakfast, it is time to take a six-hour drive to Samode, Rajasthan. Samode is famous for its royal mansions and havelis. Upon arrival, check-in at the Samode Palace, a luxury heritage hotel. After lunch and some relaxing, proceed for a sightseeing tour of Samode. Get back to the palace for the night.

Day 04: Samode - Jaipur (30Kms 30 minutes drive by road)

Enjoy the breakfast at the palace and then proceed to Jaipur by road. Reach the capital of Rajasthan, Jaipur in less than an hour. Check-in at the hotel on arrival. Afterwards, proceed for a city tour of Jaipur, which includes elephant ride to Amber Fort Palace and sightseeing at Jantar Mantar, Palace of Winds and City Palace. Evening is free for exploring this royal city. Get back to the hotel for the night.

Day 5: Jaipur - Fatehpur Sikri - Agra (232 Kms 5 hours drive by road)

After the breakfast, proceed by road to Agra, Uttar Pradesh in the morning. On the way to Agra, visit Fatehpur Sikri, a deserted Mughal capital built by Akbar the Great. It is a UNESCO World Heritage site and has numerous buildings with beautiful architecture and craftsmanship. Then, continue towards Agra. On arrival and check-in at the hotel. Visit Taj Mahal in the afternoon followed by a visit to Agra Fort. Spend the night at the hotel.

Day 06: Agra - Jhansi (Shatabdi - 3 hours) - Khajuraho (172 kms - 4 hours drive by road)

Get up early in the morning and after breakfast, proceed to the railway station to board a train to Jhansi. On arrival in Jhansi, take road-trip to Khajuraho, Madhya Pradesh. The temples of Khajuraho are world-famous for their sculptures and carvings on the temple walls. On arrival in Khajuraho, check-in at the hotel for spending the night.

Day 7: Khajuraho - Varanasi (399 Kms 50 minutes by Air)

After the breakfast, visit the western, eastern, and southern groups of Temples in the morning. Later in the afternoon, proceed to the airport to catch a flight to Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. Check-in at the hotel on arrival. Visit Sarnath in the evening where Buddha preached his first sermon in 590 BC. Return to the hotel for the night.

Day 8: Varanasi

Varanasi is one of the oldest living cities of the world and is a holy city for Hindus, Buddhists and Jains. In the early morning, take a boat ride to see the morning rituals performed on the Ghats (cemented or stone steps near a riverbank) of the holy Ganges River. Return to the hotel for breakfast. Then, visit the various temples in Varanasi and also see the evening 'Aarti' on the ghats. Return to the hotel for the night.

Day 9: Varanasi - Kathmandu (1 hr by Air)

After the breakfast, you will be transferred to the Varanasi airport to board a flight to Kathmandu, Nepal. On arrival, check-in at the hotel. The rest of the day is free for leisure activities. Kathmandu is the capital of Nepal and is the largest city in the country. It was declared a Cultural World Heritage site by UNESCO in 1979. Spend the night at the hotel.

Day 10: Kathmandu

After the breakfast, the entire day is reserved for a sightseeing tour of Kathmandu. Visit the Hanuman Dhoka, Swayambhunath Stupa, Boudhanath Stupa, Kumari Ghar (Temple of Kumari) and Balaju Water Garden. Kathmandu is a major tourist destination because of its natural beauty and picturesque surroundings. Return to the hotel for the night.

Day 11: Kathmandu

Get up in the morning and after the breakfast, proceed for a day tour of different temples in Kathmandu. Visit the Pashupatinath temple, the most sacred temple of Hindu Lord Shiva in the world. Also visit the Changu Narayan Temple, Machchhendrananth Temple, Narayanhity Durbar and Singha Durbar. Evening is free for leisure activities. Return to the hotel for the night.

Day 12: Katmandu - Delhi (1 hour 30 minutes by Air)

Enjoy a lazy breakfast in the morning. Afterwards, transfer to the airport to board a flight to Delhi to catch a connecting flight to the home country. Take away with you many sweet memories of the tour. Thank you and visit again.
